Welcome to VIDIC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VIDIC website (the "Site") and any related services, features, content, and purchases (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our Products & Descriptions

All VIDIC products are made-to-order, crafted specifically after an order is placed. While we make every effort to display our products accurately, please be aware that the colors and details you see on your screen may vary slightly due to technical differences between devices.

We do not guarantee that your expectations of a product's appearance or quality will be met. We reserve the right to update product descriptions and to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders & Account Eligibility

By confirming your order, you are purchasing a custom-made item. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once the confirmation is received.

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your country of residence.

Pricing, Payment, and Shipping Costs

All prices for our products are shown in euros. The listed price does not include applicable sales tax, shipping fees, or any potential customs and import duties.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for all charges incurred under your account, including all applicable taxes and import fees based on your location.

All orders are shipped from our atelier in Sweden. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer than standard shipping due to the made-to-order production process. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Given that every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns based on change of mind or non-faulty reasons. Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

What is not considered a fault: Natural characteristics of materials, minor imperfections inherent to handmade craftsmanship, or delicate details that may evolve with wear are not classified as faults.

To initiate a return:

1. Notify us at info@vidicofficial.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and a detailed description, supported by photographs, of the fault.

3. You must receive a return authorization from us before sending any item back.

Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label. A refund to your original payment method will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Intellectual Property

All content present on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of VIDIC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

User Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you voluntarily provide regarding our products or services become our property. By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate it without any obligation or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

VIDIC shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or our products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
