Made-to-Order Policy

Every VIDIC piece is crafted to order, made specifically for you once your purchase is complete. This bespoke process means that each item is unique and personalized. As a result of this customized production:

  • We cannot accept order cancellations after your order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

  • The standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling, as provided under EU consumer law, is not applicable to our made-to-order items.

Conditions for Returns

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is received with a manufacturing fault or defect.

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.

  • The item you receive is incorrect (e.g., wrong product or size).

Please note: The following are considered inherent characteristics of our handmade products and are not classified as faults:

  • For Knitwear: Natural variations in yarn, subtle differences in texture, or slight inconsistencies in tension that reflect the artisan process.

  • For Metal Pieces: Unique tool marks, a developing patina, or slight variations in finish that attest to the handmade nature of the item.

Return Process

To request a return for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@vidicofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and a clear description of the issue, supported by photographs.
  3. Await Authorization: Do not ship the item back until you have received explicit instructions and a return authorization from our team.
Once your return is approved and we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping & Customs

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Sweden. For customers outside of Sweden, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may be levied by your local authorities. We recommend checking your

country's specific import regulations before placing an order.
